Digital Inclusion

Digital Inclusion is about ensuring those facing exclusion whether as a result of digital poverty or accessibility changes are not left behind or excluded. More digital services means more of us have to make sure we can take part, but these solutions must ensure that barriers are not included through lack of awareness. Digital inclusion ensures everyone has access to devices and connectivity and the skills, capabilities, and motivation to take part. It is a human right and when done well can benefit the bottom line. This topic will include content about how AI has the dual potential to both reduce and exacerbate the digital inclusion gap.
