Gill Cooke

Gill Cooke is an award-winning Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) change-maker and thought leader with a remarkable track record in delivering complex, cross-geography, and cross-functional EDI Strategies and programs. In her previous roles of Digital Programme Manager and Head of Digital Planning and Delivery, Gill has experience in transformation; change and project management and strategic leadership. Gill has left a lasting impact on the organizations she has worked with, transforming them into more inclusive and supportive environments. Having spent her childhood in Sudan, Africa, and worked in both Egypt and France, Gill brings a unique perspective to her work, valuing diversity and inclusion from a young age. Gill's academic journey includes studying at the prestigious School of Oriental and African Studies, further adding to her expertise in inter-cultural matters. In her role as an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and Associate, Gill has provided invaluable guidance to various organizations. She has developed strategies and action plans, facilitated employee networks and focus groups, and conducted audits to identify areas of improvement. Additionally, Gill is an accomplished EDI trainer, equipping individuals and teams with the tools needed to foster inclusive environments.
