Recognised as a leading expert on accessibility and digital inclusion, Robin Christopherson MBE of UK tech charity AbilityNet is a regular speaker raising awareness of the power and potential of technology to transform people's lives.
Robin was a founding member of UK tech charity AbilityNet in 1998 who specialise in advising companies and individuals on digital accessibility.
Also very active in advocacy and policy, Robin is a member of the All Party Parliamentary Groups on Disability (APPGD) and Assistive Technology (APPGAT) - and was recently awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Suffolk. He was also named in the 2020 'Power 100' list of most influential people with disabilities in the UK, as well as in the 2019 WHO list of the 'World’s 100 Most Influential People in Digital Government'. He was also fortunate to receive a medal from His Royal Highness Prince William in 2017 and is now a Member of the Order of the British Empire' (MBE) for his services to digital inclusion.
Robin also has extensive experience as a judge in several notable awards - including the Digital Leaders 100, the Tech4 Good Awards and the Global Mobile Awards at Mobile World Congress.
