About this Talk
The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) works with government, industry and other regulators to accelerate the move to net zero while meeting the UK’s energy demand and security. As the UK seeks to create value from the new technologies of carbon capture and storage, offshore wind and hydrogen better cohesive access to data and digital solutions is needed. Spatial planning to identify the best places for co-location of these technologies needs high quality data. The NSTA will talk about how it is unlocking value from data by working with the offshore energy industry and government partners to use legacy data to enable an orderly energy transition to net zero.
