Tom is the Head of the Consumer Insight and Design team at the Energy Systems Catapult, a post he has held for 18 months. He was instrumental in the formulation of both the Phase 1 and Phase 2 research method for the DESNZ ‘Inclusive Smart Solutions’ program.
Tom is an experienced Consumer and Customer Insights leader across product strategy, user experience, corporate strategy, brand and analytics with over 25 years senior client side (Microsoft, Nokia and Ford Motor) and consulting (ESC, Kantar) background to call upon as he continues to apply broader ex category knowledge and experience to the challenge of helping people transition to the Smart Energy System.
