Tim Pearse

Tim is Head of Insight and Innovation at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham where he runs a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, behavioural scientists and service designers to support service improvement across the Council. He leads the ambitious OneView programme, which joins resident data from sources across the Council to create a single view of the resident. Prior to this he was Head of Local Government at a boutique behavioural science consultancy and prior to that he held a variety of roles in policy, strategy and economics in the Cabinet Office and the Home Office. He holds an MSc in economics.
