Ross Lyon - Cloud Product Manager – Scottish Government Cloud Platform Service
Ross joined the Scottish Government in 2000, initially in agriculture, moving to Digital Communications in 2007 covering the intranet and website, latterly as Web Manager for gov.scot.
Ross moved to the Cloud First Programme within Digital Directorate as Product Manager in 2018.
The Cloud Platform Service provides the Scottish public sector simplified access to cloud technologies – find out more at www.gov.scot/cloud. The service now supports 20 public sector customers with AWS and Azure environments.
Ross also plays a leading role within the Cloud Community which has been established across the public sector in Scotland.
