Rafael is a seasoned Fractional Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) with over 20 years of experience in product development and engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated diverse industries, including Ad Tech, Influencer Marketing, Banking, Risk Management, and Telco.

Rafael has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic product initiatives. As the former Chief Product Officer at Influencer, he launched and scaled innovative products like Waves Brands and Waves Creators, unveiling the latter on the main stage at WebSummit. In his role as VP of Engineering at Unruly, Rafael built high-performing teams from scratch and managed portfolios worth over $50M annually.

Rafael’s expertise lies in developing clear, actionable roadmaps that align with business goals, enhancing team productivity through mentorship, and ensuring product-market fit through deep user research and prototyping. He excels at managing and aligning stakeholders across various departments, ensuring seamless execution of product strategies.
