Nicola is a Principal Service Designer with 14 years of experience, bringing expertise in systems thinking and qualitative research practices that centre on achieving tangible value for businesses, their customers, and wider society. Nicola is passionate about impact measurement and supporting clients to set and measure their strategies for impact, using Theory of Change and behavioural change models to guide that process. Alongside being a hands-on service design practitioner on projects from Discovery to Live, Nicola is also a member of Sopra Steria’s extended Social Value Steering Board and leads CXPartners’ ‘Social Impact’ Community of Practice.
