Natasha Gilmour

Citizens Advice Scotland Natasha Gilmour is the Head of Operational Support at Citizens Advice Scotland, where she leads a team of 70 in delivering the Extra Help Unit, a statutory service supporting vulnerable consumers across Great Britain with energy and postal complaints. With over 15 years of experience in consumer advocacy, Natasha has held key positions at Consumer Futures and energywatch Scotland. Her expertise spans change management and improving outcomes for consumers through collaboration with energy suppliers, policy colleagues, and Ofgem.

Natasha holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Strathclyde and an Honours Degree in Consumer and Management Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University.
