Magid has over a decade of experience in the social impact sector, specialising in data analytics, insights and strategic decision-making. As the Director of Evidence & Insights at Catch22, Magid leads an enterprise-wide data transformation programme and on the applied use of machine learning (ML) and wider AI use cases to amplify frontline impact, within ethical and secure frameworks. He's also the co-founder of CauseCompanion AI, a machine learning platform built specifically for the third sector.

Previously, Magid led on data intelligence, impact measurement and predictive analytics at Comic Relief, NSPCC and The Children’s Society respectively. As a Trustee at Refugees at Home, Magid sits on the Board, setting the charity's strategy and vision with a particular focus on amplifying impact through better use of data analytics and efficient fit-for-purpose technology. Magid works closely with the staff team to ensure the charity is well-run, relevant and offer support to refugees and people seeking asylum.
