Gregor Mowat

Gregor is an established fintech and consumer finance entrepreneur with an impressive pedigree of executive and non-executive board positions under his belt. Prior to co-founding Loqbox, Gregor was a senior partner with KPMG in different practices around the world. Working with some of the largest financial institutions in the world during his time with KPMG, Gregor has seen firsthand the devastating effect that different financial systems can have on those who struggle to access them. Since returning to the UK, Gregor’s background in finance, focus on creating sustainable business growth, commercial acumen, cross-functional management experience and socially responsible ethos have helped to ensure that Loqbox is well-funded and well-positioned for growth, carefully balancing, agile tech innovation and a focus on people. Gregor is a member of the Business in the Community's Taskforce on the Cost-of-Living Crisis, sharing insight from the more than two million people that Loqbox has helped with the Taskforce to promote initiatives to assist those struggling in the difficult economic climate that we find ourselves in today.
