About this speaker
Emma heads up the User Experience (UX) Service at the University of Edinburgh. She’s interested in helping colleagues understand the positive impact UX can have and encouraging the holistic adoption of user-centred practices and approaches within Higher Education. She co-chairs a group of professionals working in UX in Higher Education as part of a professional body UCISA to run regular meet-ups and events to support and build a community of practice.
