Barney Quinn

Barney Quinn Chair/ Director/Advisor Barney has over 40 years’ experience with software and latterly cloud and data companies. Today Barney is Chair of Arkivum, in the digital preservation sector, and an Advisor to Insoft a provider of Testing, development and SI services. For 13 years, Barney was a main board director of Sherwood International plc, a provider of software and services to the insurance industry which was listed on the LSE. He was also CEO of Workplace Systems International plc, an early provider of cloud-based workforce management software which was AIM-listed and which he took private. Other experiences include in the public company listed world he was Chair of Clearstar Inc, a Director of Rosslyn AI, SSP, and Raft international and with private companies Chair of Oxehealth, Becrypt and Integritie and a Director of Concirrus. Skills and experience Barney’s experience in software companies both private and public, along with his wide network of contacts, allows him to give broad constructive input into the Board and its Committees, and to represent the Board to external stakeholders.
