About this speaker

Amie works with teams across Macmillan to design, measure and drive improvements to customer journeys. Her main focus is making sure Macmillan’s wonderful supporters receive equally wonderful experiences – ultimately so they’ll keep supporting and we can therefore have even greater impact for people living with and affected by cancer. 

Amie has specialised in customer experience for the past few years, but previously enjoyed stints in fundraising and marketing delivery teams at charities including Barnardo’s and Amnesty International UK.
