Just 17% of people trust that a large proportion of their charitable donations benefit the intended cause. The Charity Commission's report on this issue stated that evidence of impact will be vital to building trust. In the saturated attention economy we live in these days, we argue that small, fast and personalised Impact Updates - little and often - can transform the way people engage with charitable giving and substantially increase trust.
