Modern digital leadership stories often focus on successful Start ups and rapid growth technology companies. There is much to learn from these types of business and the styles of leadership that flourish within them... but innovative leadership is not the preserve of these companies alone.
Organisations which have survived and thrived - despite having longer histories - have their own leadership tales to tell. The need for innovative leadership in the non-profit sector is strong, and rapid change is occurring in many of these more established organisations.
