About this talk

Why do we need human systems practitioners and what do they do?

If there is one constant in today’s environment it is the need to navigate uncertainty and proactively manage change. We must recognise the need to move from a workplace of individuals to a workplace of ecosystems. The COVID pandemic has accelerated this shift at an unprecedented speed, and the need for both emotional and operational agility has been pushed to the fore.

How can we go about creating and leading sustainable systems change in organisations, to allow leaders to drive change and encourage innovation in the workplace whilst allowing organisations to stay relevant? Competitive advantage is held in organisations’ capacity to: pivot quickly, remain agile and unlock the potential of existing and future talent.

In this session, we will look at how we can prepare leaders and the organisational culture for more inclusive, productive and human-centred workplaces as we move into the future of work.
