About this talk

In this participative session, we’ll demonstrate the power of a highly effective, but not so well-known technique called ‘Generative Decision-Making’

‘The Proposer’ (who could be you!) will be invited to make a proposal to the group. The Facilitator (Tim) will then lead the group through a series of rounds, before inviting the group to signal ‘approval’.

Once we've practised the process, we’ll have some time to discuss where this could be applied in our own organisations.
