In this session, we are joined by Peter Hotston, who will be presenting essential project management tools for ‘non project people’.
With many people working outside of their traditional roles as a result of lockdown, project management is now an essential skill, particularly for those taking on new responsibilities or merging what were traditionally separate roles. In this session Peter will provide tools and insights to help those adapting to new responsibilities and challenges as a result of the ‘new normal’.
Peter is a hands on change focused programme\portfolio manager with a track record of delivering both business driven and technology enabled change in services and organisations within the global telecoms, finance, government and FMCG.
He is experienced in assembling change networks and managing key stakeholders to create and communicate pragmatic visions, and in creating robust programme plans to effectively enable and deliver change.
His diverse background includes a focus on process improvement, performance optimisation and continuous improvement.
Please note: This is a replay of a webinar recorded in September as part of Reed Professional Services' ADAPT webinar series, helping organisations manage rapid, complex change.
