Developing service design skills through apprenticeships

A Session by Richard Goodwin (Managing Director, The JGA Group)

About this Session

The new degree-level Service Designer apprenticeship has been developed to respond to the growing demand for service design skills in government, health, finance, technology, business and professional services, retail, charity and other sectors. The JGA Group is the first training organisation to provide the new apprenticeship which will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to design new services to meet the needs of end users and improve or redesign services currently offered. Join this webinar to find out: • What’s included in the Service Designer Level 6 apprenticeship curriculum • How apprenticeships support professional career paths in digital services and attract and retain the next generation of talent And hear the perspectives of Imogen Miles, Lead Service Designer at Adur District and Worthing Borough Council who led the trailblazer group to develop the new apprenticeship standard.
