About this talk

With many public sector organisations creating new digital services at previously unheard of speed, it’s critical that we get things right and maintain citizen trust.

David will lead a discussion on how public service organisations can make the transition to the post-COVID world, and the importance that Government learns from its past mistakes.

In many ways, what’s happening now across our public services is accelerating the change that plenty of us have been advocating for a number of years. But the size of the challenge is significant.

Teams will need to manage pressure to just 'get things done’ alongside increasingly stretched finances. To tackle the pandemic and rebuild effectively, we need to keep a firm eye on user needs and mobilise the whole of our public sector along with its rich supply chain.
