About the Digital Skills Network
The Digital Skills Network Reading event is the fourth event in our regional series. To date we have had excellent attendance in London, Manchester and Glasgow as these unique networking events bring together representatives from across the region including employers, education, local government, and policy makers with a commitment to improving the digital skills gap.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We will create a forum that encourages a lively and productive dialogue between national and local employers, and educators on their perspectives on how emerging tech and the digital skills shortage is impacting businesses and education channels alike, what's going on to help and what more can be done.
Our aim is to progress efforts being made to address the digital skill gap.

Through these discussions you will come away with new ideas, food for thought, and knowledge of options that can be used and applied immediately within their own organisations and can be shared with their wider networks. As part of the network, attendees will make new connections to collaborate and find opportunities to join forces, avoiding fragmentation in strategies to improve the digital skills gap.
