About this Speaker
Zoë Firth works as Survivor Services Lead for Chayn. Zoë's background is in psychology; after an undergraduate degree in psychology, she worked in acute inpatient psychiatric care, before completing a research MSc in Clinical Linguistics. Since joining Chayn as a volunteer, Zoë now leads the Bloom project, writing courses, managing the team, and consulting on trauma-informed design. A San Francisco native, she's lived in the UK for over 10 years.
