I’m passionate about unlocking potential in people and services, giving people space to find their own place in change and creating collaborative creative environments to explore opportunities. I have worked ICT & Change for over 3 decades in both the private and public sector. More recently I’ve been working with the Place Directorate and jointly leading on creating Dorset’s new #one team Planning Authority, from our 6 legacy authorities.
