Rosemarie Wilson is a Keynote Speaker, Leadership and Mindset Coach, Author and Consultant.
Her work focuses on supporting organisations to nurture and retain their people talent, whilst ensuring a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is implemented and maintained throughout the organisational culture.
She also supports Women in Leadership and Women in the Workplace. Her signature program and keynote ‘Imposter Syndrome in Leadership’ has been delivered internationally and received the highest accolades from leaders, employees, world-class organisations and industries. Rosemarie believes, whilst work and career are important in life, a growth mindset, good health and well-being are essential, without this burnout or exhaustion are never far away, so prevention and building resilience is key.
She delivers support through 1:1 coaching, workshops, consultancy, panel discussions and talks on relevant topics relating to women, professionals and inclusive culture in the workplace.
Her background stems from the corporate world where she spent over 20 years working in Finance, FinTech and Change Management in the Oil & Gas industry. Rosemarie was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2003, which gave her an even more determined mindset, she has performed stand-up comedy, won a powerlifting competition and taken a year’s sabbatical to travel the world.
Her first book ‘Imposter Syndrome and Your Performance - What’s the Link? How to Self-Manage Imposter Syndrome’ was published in January 2022.
