Ray is the Founder and Managing Director of Thirsty Horses Solutions Ltd, and is responsible for developing their award-winning workpal solution. A former Director of Organisational Development at a large North West NHS Trust, Ray has also worked at senior level in Local Government, and industry, is a Fellow of the CIPD, and honorary Senior Lecturer at both Edge Hill and Liverpool John Moores University.
