Neil Owen

Neil has over 25 years’ technology experience working in a variety of leadership roles within financial services, utilities and has spent the last 10 years working in the public sector. Neil is currently a Digital Deputy Director at DWP Digital and has spent the last 4 years delivering on a strategy to transform how over 80k people in DWP can securely connect and collaborate with each other, citizens and partners to deliver business outcomes. Prior to joining the Civil Service, Neil has delivered large digital portfolios and programmes in highly regulated and complex environments at HBOS, Lloyds Banking Group, npower (Yorkshire Electricity).
