Neil’s varied career experience spans application development, architecture delivery and strategic consultancy in both the public and private sectors. Neil has deep, detailed technical knowledge and understanding of the development and operational lifecycle which enables him to work with clients to develop innovative technical solutions and lead their successful delivery. In his role as CTO, Neil sets the strategic direction and scans the horizon for innovative technology that enables a varied portfolio of UK government clients to undertake digital transformation and delivery.
