Mark Hall

My passions are coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation. I care so much about these areas because I love enabling people to recognise their true potential, to focus on their development, career opportunities and enabling them to thrive, transform and achieve their goals.

I believe a growth mindset is pivotal to keep progressing and learning. For this reason I am always looking for ways to improve myself, to benefit others as I share my subsequent learnings. I mostly focus my learnings around coaching, mentoring, facilitation, agile delivery and diversity & inclusion.

I'm a big community person both in and outside of work. I learn so much from attending and/or facilitating Opencast, Client and outside of work events to further my knowledge and network.

I'm married, have three children (under the age of 4, I guess that makes me adaptable!) and a dog. I'm a from birth Geordie (Newcastle), love the City and the people. I have a season ticket at Newcastle United Football Club, Referee in Rugby Union, play football and go on daily runs as my daily me time.
