Jack Hanson

Jack Hanson is DWP Digital’s Director for Core Digital Services (CDS). This function was established in 2022, and brings together the areas that are responsible for creating, maintaining, developing and integrating our large shared digital platforms. This includes parts of the Critical National Infrastructure such as the Central Payments System (CPS) and the Customer Information Service (CIS). Collectively the systems within CDS handle 95% of the caseload for benefits and pensions and make approximately £220bn in payments every year.
