About this Speaker
Since joining DWP in 2007 Hayley has worked in a variety of roles including a number in Digital Group over the last 6 years. Her current role is Head of Digital Payment Services, leading the team responsible for the Digital services that enable the payment and accounting of benefits and pensions to citizens. As well as a drive to deliver and transform services she is passionate about developing and supporting others to grow and achieve.
