I’m George at the start with NIN t-shirt doing my worst impression of a newsreader– I’m Director of Advice Services at Citizens Advice Scotland, which is the member organisation in Scotland for individual Citizens Advice Bureau and I was one of the challenge owners for our Civtech 6 challenge. I’ve a real interest in using tech to augment our long-standing unique selling point as a charity network which face to face person service as a voluntary network delivering advice in communities, by communities for communities. Given the scale of our network, rising demand and the need for quality solutions at low cost, we chose a “no-code” cost solution for our CivTech challenge: customising existing tech, rather than building a program from scratch.
