Having worked in local government for almost 20 years, I have seen the power of data grow exponentially. I have been fortunate enough to lead a team that takes the growing amount of data available to the organisation and it’s partners, and turn it into insight to inform key decisions and plan services to improve outcomes for our residents. With the everchanging landscape we work within, it is more important than ever that we target any resources available with the greatest precision, and that means utilising and integrating a wide variety of data sources available to us to ensure that happens. The data analytics journey is therefore an exciting one, which I thoroughly enjoy being on, and am committed to bringing others along on too.
