Emily Allison

I lead a great team of Content Designers, Interaction Designers, User Researchers and Service Designers at Opencast. My background is in Content Design, and I love collaborating with other disciplines to create, test and iterate user-centred services. I've worked on government, local government, financial advice and education projects. I've also worked as a UX Content Strategist, helping clients think about better processes and strategies for delivering user-centred content. My job is a really fun, interesting and fulfilling thing to be doing. I'm always up for a chat about anything to do with content, design, accessibility and ethics.
