Bradley Quinn

Bradley Quinn is the Associate Director for Insight at Health Innovation Manchester and oversees the entire Insight & Intelligence portfolio within HInM. Born and raised in Greater Manchester, Bradley is passionate about how innovation and transformation can improve outcomes for patients and citizens, utilizing insight to support those most at need. He has extensive experience of working alongside cross-sector partners, including global life sciences teams and local SME’s, to develop real world evidence and conduct evaluations to accelerate adoption at scale throughout the translational pathway. Bradley is the lead for the Greater Manchester Trusted Research Environment, working with a collaborative network of partners to deliver R&D at system-level within the city-region, as well as being the national lead for Benefits & Rapid Evaluation for the NHSE 'Innovation Collaborative for Digital Health', supporting teams across the country to evidence the benefits and demonstrate the impact of investing in new models of technology-enabled care at home. Prior to joining Health Innovation Manchester, Bradley’s background is in economics, spending the last six years working across the NHS and local government in Greater Manchester - including with partners from HM Treasury – to embed the national “Green Book” methodology within public service reform and models of devolution
