About this Speaker
Andrew Bibby’s career has been defined by his passion for technology and its ability to drive positive changes across all sectors of our society.
His work began in the defense industry programming ground to air missile systems before a move into the world of finance building futures and options trading systems. After a stint in Bermuda working in corporate trust and mutual fund management, Andrew returned to the UK and in 1997 discovered the internet, quickly realising its enormous potential. He joined interactive agency Razorfish and for 13 years built his reputation challenging traditional businesses to use disruptive technologies to their advantage and move beyond their comfort zones.
Moved to Boston in 1999, he led Razorfish’s client services and partnership business before returning to the UK after seven years, becoming Managing Partner in 2008.
In 2010 he joined Microsoft Advertising to lead their most important client relationship with WPP, working at the highest level within both organisations to define strategy and lead the negotiating process. In late 2012 he was approached by Fyber, a startup based in Berlin, to lead their global agency business. Once more stepping outside of his comfort zone, he helped build the business to become the leading mobile SSP, with a successful exit and subsequent listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Latterly he led their international business across EMEA and Asia.
Andrew became CEO of 87% in October 2017 and has led the development of the platform and business into one of the leading startups in the mental health space. He is able to combine all of his skills to ensure both individuals and businesses work together to improve mental health across society.
An active sportsman, he has competed in a number of triathlons and can often be found cycling with his friends around the lanes of Berkshire. He has two teenage daughters that keep him grounded and never far from the latest technology trends.
